![]() Wrecking crew is nothing special but it feels like one of the better coin-op ports you might discover for the NES (though i havnet played the arcade machine. some maps evne feel like they are a bit open ended. later maps get really long and they become difficult just from the sheer survival factor of taking time to complete. I recently did a playthrough of it and tried to complete as many levels as i good. Pretty good casual game and fun to pick up time to time. Maps seem to have different approaches and feel creative. if you lose you go to main menu and your score is reset but you can continue the puzzle of that 'map' the game also lets you pick any map you like, so if you cant beat a puzzle you can just skip it. Nice thing about this game is each 'floor' is a map. A few games in the era lean a bit towards similiar style and direction. I always felt it was donkey kong's spiritual successor. It's a puzzle-action game that is a tad inspired by donkey kong. I had played it in the past when younger.
